CUNY Works

At Home in College (AHC) students on community college campuses have an opportunity to participate in CUNY WORKS, a paid on-campus internship program.

CUNY Works is a pilot project supported by Mayor Bloomberg’s Center for Economic Opportunity (CEO) that allows young adults enrolled in select CUNY programs to participate in paid-internships that are aligned with their academic studies and which support their educational achievement.

Qualified participants can:

  • Earn $10/hour while working 12-15 hours a week at an on-campus job.
  • Gain valuable experiences that will help build your resume.
  • Participate in workshops that will provide both practical and professional skills.
